This document contains Colorado's State Implementation Plan regulations for specific nonattainment, attainment, and maintenance areas (local elements) throughout the state. The regulations cover eight local areas: Pagosa Springs, Telluride, Aspen/Pitkin County, Lamar, Canon City, Fort Collins (repealed), Colorado Springs, and Steamboat Springs. The Colorado Air Quality Control Commission adopted these regulations to give the Air Pollution Control Division enforcement authority for the local elements incorporated into the SIP, and materials incorporated by reference are available for inspection at the Commission's office at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South.

It also states that materials incorporated by reference in this regulation are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Commission's office at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South and at any state publications depository library, and that the incorporated materials are as they existed when this regulation was adopted, not including later amendments or editions.
